Considering the high positions (Leaders, Deputies, Medicine Cats) don't come with many powers (or, none, really), I find it safe to say that high positions are free to be auditioned for. When auditioning please keep in mind that not every spot is open, and that the spot you may be going after may get multiple auditions.
You may audition for two positions. If you get accepted at all, only one position may be granted. It is possible to get denied for both. If you apply for more than two, your auditions will be denied immediately, considering it'll be a plain sign that you can't follow simple directions.
Now, unlike the current Warrior and Apprentice spots that are open in every Clan, high position auditions will have to fill out a bit of a biography. I won't make it too detailed or painful, but I refuse to hire people who can hardly write a decent sentence. I'd also like to steer clear of hiring people who only desire to make a totally perfect, or totally evuuulll character. Having a good or bad character is fine. But give them flaws, and don't make their number one goal "drink the blood of enemies" because that's just a bad sign.

If you'd rather remake your own template with the required things below, that is also fine.
Now is that too hard of a form? I think not. And if it is, well, maybe you shouldn't be applying.
